Will Dude work directly with my warranty company?
Unfortunately, no. I bill you directly. I’ll give you a clear write-up of the repairs—what was done, why it was needed, and what it cost—so you can pass that along to your warranty company.
Can I bring my RV to you?
Most of the time I come to you. In some limited cases, yes—we can work something out. Let’s talk it through.
Do you work on black tanks?
Not at this time. I may add flushing and cleaning service in the future, though.
