Process & Pricing

Transparent pricing and clear expectations for our mobile RV services

Trip Fee: $2.50 Per Mile ($50 Min)

We charge an on-site service fee for our trip to you. The rate is $2.50 per mile plus any tolls. The minimum on-site trip fee is $50. We only charge for the trip to you not the return trip. The farther we have to travel, the more the cost will be.

Each service call is charged an on-site trip fee even if we are already in the same RV park or area.

We use Google Maps for the mileage calculations.

Shop Rate: $125 Per Hour

The shop rate starts once we arrive at your location and the work begins. The shop rate is $125 per hour for one (1) NRVTA Certified RV Service Tech.

Do not confuse the "shop rate" with an "hourly rate" – they are not the same thing. We charge a standard flat-rate per task based upon an industry standard guidebook and not by time spent on the task. This is the same method a mechanic shop or RV repair shop would use to charge you.

Emergency Service - After Hours & Weekends

Availability: Subject to availability

Trip Fee: $5.00 per mile ($250 minimum)

Hourly Rate: $250 per hour flat rate (1-hour minimum)

Emergency rates apply to after-hours calls, weekends, and holidays. Please call (740) 915-1719 to discuss availability.

Extended Warranty Process

We charge you for the initial service call & diagnosis. If your warranty company will cover it, we will give you an invoice for reimbursement.

Most repairs require that we call your extended warranty company and get approval before making the repairs.

After approval we will order parts and return to make the repairs. Some extended warranty companies will require that you pay us directly and reimburse you, and others may pay us directly.

Please be aware: Extended warranty companies typically cover approximately 80% of the repair cost. They may not cover 100% of the parts and labor, nor do they cover a return trip charge, your deductible, or taxes.

Manufacturer Warranty Process

We charge you for the initial service call & diagnosis. We will give you an invoice for reimbursement if the manufacturer will cover it.

We encourage you to handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer after we provide a diagnosis.

Manufacturer warranty repairs require approval and they will send us the parts directly. Once parts are received, we will call you to schedule installation.
